Refund Policy

 

How to Request a Return


We have a 5 day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Youll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

  • All item packaging, documentation (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the returned items. Packaging must be unopened and seals intact (where applicable).
  • Items must be in new and unworn condition.
  • Any items that, because of customer negligence, misuse or tampering are, damaged, missing parts or in unsellable condition, will not be accepted for return.
  • Any item(s) that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.

To start a return, please email to us at customercare@helloroadshop.com, as soon as possible with the subject 'REFUND' along with your order number. If you fail to notify us in this way, we cannot guarantee that your refund will be processed.

If your return is accepted, well send you instructions on how and where to send your package. 

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as foods), personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once weve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, youll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


Please also consider the following when returning

  • We do not currently offer free returns. You will be responsible for arranging returns including postage fees, and any costs encountered are non-refundable/ not reimbursed
  • We will process your return only when the order is returned to us in re-sellable condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show use or other damage inflicted by the customer.
  • If your return item arrives damaged (including the outer box), the item will not be classed as re-sellable and is therefore not eligible for a refund. TIP: We always recommend using a sturdy box to package your item when preparing to return them. Don't forget to use padding to minimise chances of damage.
  • If your items are returned and then deemed not eligible for a refund, we will not return the items to you.
