Where do we ship your product from?
Our office is located in Sydney, Australia but our international warehouse is located in South Korea as all our skincare products are directly shipped from South Korea.
Do you provide a tracking number?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including your shipping details and tracking number. once tracking number provided, you can check your delivery status at Track Your Order page any time!
What is the shipping time for my products?
It depends on which delivery services you choose for your order. We currently offers Standard shipping and Express shipping. For Express shipping our customers receive their items within 14 days after they place the order (usually even faster!). For Standard shipping, it may take 2-3 weeks to receive your items. Do you ship worldwide?
Unfortunately not at the moment, but we are in the process of expanding our service worldwide. In the meantime, if you wish purchase any items on our website, please contact us at email@example.com. we will then be further assist your request.
I received a damaged item. What can I do about it?
