Shipping Process

Hello Roadshop is an Australian owned business and our office is located in Sydney, Australia. All orders will be shipped from our warehouse in South Korea as our products are directly sourced from South Korea. 

Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding Public Holidays in Australia and South Korea. Our handling time (Processing & Order Packing time) is usually 3 to 5 business days. We currently offer standard shipping and express shipping to Australia.

1. Order Processing & Fulfilment

Once payment is completed and verified, your order will be processed by our system awaiting product fulfilment. The order processing time varies for each order and depends on the ordered items’ availability status shown on the product page. If your ordered items have different availability statuses, you may refer to the order processing time of the product with longer availability status in working days as a reference as your order will be processed and shipped out all together.

2. Order Packing

Once all the order items are ready in our warehouse, our team will start the packing process to get your order dispatched from our warehouse as soon as possible.

3. Order Shipped

Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse and with the courier, you will receive an email with tracking numbers.
